i used super to convert my rmvb file to avi, i want to leave the video setting and the audio setting as the original, so i checked video stream copy and audio stream copy, but i get an error saying possible causes of Encoding Failure an ERROR has occured while encoding the most common possible reasons causing error:..... i am using xp codec pack and real alternative, HELP? i selected MEncoder

You can't put real video and audio in an avi.
You have to re-encode.
go to Xvid / mp3

stream copy, copies the video stream that is there, you can check no change for resloution

for bit rate, you should try gspot or media info and see if they will give you any bitrate data

if you can get the video bitrate set super one or two values above
that and your new avi should be find

set the audio for mp3 and 128k
