Whenever I convert a Divx of a DVD-Rip movie, the audio gets messed up. The DVD-Rip is not done by me, but someone else (unknown). Sometimes the audio is out of synch, but all of the time the speech (talking) is lower than the sound effects. I can hardly hear what they are saying. What is wrong with that? I converted the movie with TMPGEnc version 2.02 . When I try to play the Divx DVD-Rip movie file (with Windows Media Player) before I try to convert it, I get a message stating "invalid audio, but it is not signaling an error", what is that?? I can only play the pre-converted file with a divx playa. Am I missing any encoders/codecs? I have d-loaded all of the required codecs and software for playback. I don't know, but is it because I have Windows XP, since most of the problems occured after I had XP, and there a differences with the older OS versions. I would appreciate anyone's help and time. Thanks.![]()
