    Can anyone recommend a JPEG compression software that will compress a JPEG really small. I want to be able to compress a JPEG smaller to send email or recommend a real good zip program to zip them up. Thanks

    I usually use GIMP since it lets you see a real-time preview of the compressed image as you change quality settings. Also free.
