Convert to Zune compitable Qucktime using tmpgenc 4

h.264 looks best on my xbox 360 via streaming video from my Zune software. I have downloaded 264 HD clips and they work fine, but when I try to make my own using tmpgenc express 4, they don't play. Can someone tell me what settings to use in order to make a zune compatible quicktime h.264? Hopefully that made sense.

I should have mentioned I'm trying to convert xvid avi's to h.264 using tmpgenc. It works and I can play them in quicktime...but not zune...which needs to happen so I can play them on my 360...complicated enough?
