    since i use Imgburn quite frequently...i had a thought.I myself like VIDEO_TS over images cause i blank a lot of features out etc but....if i didn't blank these features out and i Ripped a whole Dvd-9 to VIDEO_TS..when the choices pop up in Imgburn for you to set your LB,would the retail Layer Break be one of those choices on an untouched Retail(VIDEO_TS) rip?

    Yes, but as to WHICH one exactly, I don't know. I'm sure there's a way you could find out explicitly where the layer break was set on a commercial DVD, maybe with IFOEdit or maybe some decryption tool, but I've never cared enough to look into it.
