Single software to convert DVD, MKV to Xvid, what do you use?

Hello,

I have tons of AV software installed on my computer with half command line based, other one I have no idea if they are needed or not. I want just single software package (like Super) which will do the following
* Ability to curcumvent ArcOS protection (like RipIt4Me)
* Ability to handle MKV files as input
* Ability to burn subtitles directly into the AVI file

I found AutoMKV but that one does not handle ArcOS protection and very clumsy
I found Super which is excellent but does not handle subtitles at all
I found AutoGK which is does not handle ArcOS and very stale
I hope I missed some golden bullet somewhere which will do it for me.

Any advice?
