Hi, I have DVD9 VOB files on my hdd and am completely unable to move these files to a DVD9 disc since I do not have a dual layer burner.

Is there an app that will convert these files off of my HDD and make a DVD5 ISO or DVD5 VOB files to be burned to a DVD5 disc?

If you have all the files required (VOBs, IFOs, BUPs) then you can load them into DVD Shrink and from there either transcode them down to fit, or re-author to movie only.

Internal or external DL burners are "inexpensive"....
    Why convert..??
Or why not cut your video's in half...???
    Use 2 regular's....
You just have a BIG file ...
    Being DL ??????????
Does the file say it's DL ?? How do you know they are???

For the sake of one title? DL writers may be inexpensive these days but reliable DL media certainly isn't.

If it's a single title and bigger than 4.7GB then it must be DL.
