    convert a bin file to avi ??

    then avi to dvd, dvd flick

    any recs

    A BIN/CUE file can have about anything in it. It's just a container, not a format. Commonly it's a MPEG. You can mount it with Daemon tools and open or copy the contents. Or you can use ImgBurn or other programs to burn the contents directly to disc.

    EDIT: If it's a MPEG, you can also use vcdgear.
