Probably nothing. Most DVD players will play both nowadays.Go off and rule the universe from beyond the grave. Or check into a psycho ward, whichever comes first, eh?

I often convert PAL movies to NTSC using ffmpeg.
ffmpeg -i moviePAL.vob -target ntsc-dvd -aspect 16:9 -acodec copy movieNTSC.mpg
