I'm making a dvd with pioneer a03 after capturing hi 8 with instant dvd usb. Mediastudiopro says the clips are vbr but I think it's really cbr (5mb/sec) For best editing and results....should I create the mpeg2 at cbr? Is there really a quality difference or is it just a space saving to use good vbr?
Thanks,
Jack![]()
