  1. I was watching "12 angry men" with Henry Fonda. Thought, hey why not remake the film. Not me but Hollywood. Instead of up and comers or top actors, how about actors who's career's never took off or who never played a big part... like Tracey Walter.

    Just a thought.

Warner's production schedule for the next three years is littered with TV series adaptations (Get Smart, CHiPs, Hawaii 5-0), remakes (Logan's Run, West World, The Omega Man), super heroes (Superman, Wonder Woman) and the further adventures of Harry bloody Potter.

Personally, I'd like to see something original (and, just for a change, something good)

  4. Actually I was just thinking of talking about casting ideas. What actors might fit into the criteria I was taking about.

My fault, I was not clear.

But three more over the next four years !!! At least after that they will be out of books . . . . although that never stopped them doing Bond movies.

I think Friedkin's remake pretty much covered off your criteria - has-beens and never-beens and up-and-comers

the remake was pretty good for once -- maybe not as good as the original in some respects though ,,,

as for the HP movies -- when the last one comes out .. they will be something like 20 -22 years old i guess ...... the normal age for most teens in B movies .... maybe it will be a slasher flick also
