I'm trying to use premiere cs3. At first I finally got the project to work by converting .vob files to any format that will work well for premiere. At first it seems like xvid codec was the one that seem to work well. But surprise surprise I couldnt even open my project file today and I was able to the day yesterday. I can no longer import the files I was working with. So now I have to start all over.
I know that I could replace .vob with .mpg and it will convert it. But it seems like there's a problem with my video. The .mpg will not be able to import into premiere. Is there a program I should be using to fix the .vob then just rename it to .mpg? Cause the video timeline is totally mess up. I was using mini-dvd cam. The Sony dcr-dvd301. Can someone please help me!?
