Hey all,
I've recently installed Adobe Premiere Elements mainly for editing tv shows recorded from my dvd recorder, usually I'm not there while its recording so it records comercials and all, so when I rip the dvd to my comp (I'm editing the .VOB files themselfs if that helps) and try to cut the comercials out the audio goes way out of sync with the video. I'm kind of a noob with video editing and compleatly new to Premiere Elements so any help and advice would be greatly apreciated.

Could be a RAM issue. My editing computer used to do that before I upgraded it.
Or, have you tried rendering the video (Timeline - Render Work Area) ?
This can make a difference.
Is it just when you view it in the preview window, or does it do it with exported video as well ? -
Yeah its even when the video is exported but I'll try rendering it first and see what happens, but thanks for the reply
*No rendering doesn't seem to help the problem, at first it looked as though it did but once i exported the video certain segments of it were out of sync, anyone else have any ideas?
