Hi Gang

In a nutshell--copied movie from my Tivo to a Panasonic DMR E60 on a ram disc. Used Nero to copy disc to a DVD-R. The disc will play on my PC but not on any of 3 different DVD players. Tryed to use ripit4me and kept coming up with error something about auto start feature. It would not let me copy it using several different programs, Shrink, Fab, ripit4me, etc.

I did this with 2 different movies, same results. So you smart people what am I doing wrong or what is going wrong on this.?

Is it a dvd-video? A video_ts folder with vob,ifo,bup files? If not you must make a standard dvd with for example tmpgenc dvd author, it should be able to import from the dvdram.

I was copying them straight from my Tivo to my PC, and doing fine, well I am having trouble with that so meantime till I get this fixed, I thought I would try this other way using the ram disc and my DVD player/recorder.

Are you saying this other program will do it.? Is it because of taking it straight from the recorder or using the ram disc.? This other program you mentioned is $70, a little much for a temp thing, cause I plan on getting my Tivo to my PC working again.
