Windows Media Encoder Watermarking

In WMEncoder there is a option/plugin that enables you to add a watermark as you convert to WMV. Can anyone sugest where to get a plugin that does this as wmplugins.com does not seem to have one for movies.

But it's not cheap, $50US..
