    I have a video at 25 fps, but the intro is missing. Then I found a 29 fps complete episode where I want to put the intro from there onto my 25 fps one.

    How do I downgrade 29 to 25 fps?

    Are you looking to convert it back to avi? If not you can use convertxtodvd to convert it to a PAL dvd format. I regularly use this program to convert pal to ntsc format. It works fine no audio sync problems.

    Thanks for mentioning convertxtodvd. After making it a DVD I ripped it back to AVI, almost no quality was lost. Brilliant.
