    We got my mom the MX1000 for Xmas and while it is a great mouse I've noticed the scroll wheel is pretty sensitive, you barely scroll it and it moves quite aways. Is there anyway to make it not so sensitive?

    The Logitech software (and windows for that matter) has controls for all of the mouse buttons. The setting for the mouse wheel typically is adjustable in increments of how many lines scroll (default is 3 I believe).
