  1. ok so l have many video files inside folder A, also inside folder A there is another folder called B in which there are few video files too, when l tried to use the bsplayer playing one of the videos in folder A(not folder B) it freezes, so l press alt+ctrl+delete to close it, when l tried to reopen the bsplayer, the a folder called _BSPST$_ poped up and all the files in the whole folder A gone except Folder B and the files inside it, could anyone tell me what is going on? and how come the files inside folder B are not affected? is it because they are inside another folder? does it have something to do with the bsplayer? or one of the hided folder called Restore which l accidently delete it while ago? how can l get back all my files?

Probably not. I've been using BSplayer since 1999. and I haven't encountered any problems with it.

Sounds like there was an issue with the folder/files, which caused BSplayer to freeze. Most likely corrupted files or even a bad/failing HDD. The issue shouldn't have been caused by BSplayer, you just noticed the problem while trying to use BSplayer.

The files may still be in Recycle Bin. Otherwise, you will have to try data restoration software.
