    Hi!

I tried to encode some video for my PSP with ffmpegX 0.0.9x r2 on my MacBook. I exactly followed the steps described on these pages:

    http://ffmpegx.com/psph264.html

But it did not work. My PSP only shows "corrupted data".

After hours of testing I discovered that when I cancel the encoding before the psp atoms are added, the video plays like it should on the PSP (except of the last seconds or minutes of course). Encoding with this method works:

    http://ffmpegx.com/psp.html

But I want h.264 video on my PSP. I would be so happy for any help or hint to get a full video playing on my PSP

    Cheers,
    thuriel

Some people reported having more luck with the previous version of ffmpegX (0.0.9x r1).
Also make sure to put the video in the right folder, which is different for AVC (h.264) and regular mpeg-4 (XviD).

Wohoo! Thank you very much. It works quite fine with ffmpegX 0.0.9x r1
