    YouTube does it. Many other sites are doing it now. How does one go about allowing a person to upload video files via a web-form on a website and have those video files converted to a flash media format on the fly?

    I have experience with ASP and PHP if applicable.

    Generally you would have your script execute ffmpeg to re-encode.
