I have a load of split up MPEG2 videos that are 16:9 ratio pushed into 4:3 with letterboxing. Id like to crop off the letterboxing so that it is 16:9 again. Is there any freeware program that will do this with decreasing the quality at all? Or how could I do it.
thanks

Can't be done without reencoding.

Is there a freeware tool which will do it with minimal quality loss?
