Just a quick off topic question.

If I have a drawing on a A1 size paper of a scale at 1:200, would the scale change be 1:1600 if printed on a A4 size paper.

An A1 plotted to fit on an A4 would be a factor of 2.83 (approx) - really NTS...

A3 has twice the area as A4, A2 twice A3, A1 twice A2 etc... So every other sheet doubles the scale.

Works the same way with imperial sizing. Letter (8.5"x11"), Ledger (11"x17"), 17"x22", 22"x34" etc... (I forget the names of the other sizes...)
