I am an intermediate at making VCDs I guess. I burn TV shows on it. I start wth a promo and then cut to 5 chapters (in between the commercial breaks) and now I want to make them look like a dvd, where when you put it in you see like a scene selection, you know that stuff is there a way to do it for a beg for me in this area?

I THINK you are saying that you want to make a motion menu??? You can do this. Try TSCV, there's a link under the 'Author' section to the left with a guide on using TSCV. Good program, kind of hard to use are first, but really not that bad.
Note - VCDs do not support interactive menus like DVDs. You can have chapters (ie. entrypoints), motion/still menus, etc. But only the number pad, << >>, and stop/back and play/enter buttons will work (ie. can't use arrows).
