  1. Looking to do VHS captures direct to DVD Standalone, and some are generated tapes, showing very obvious Chroma shifting/drooping. I know how to easily correct this problem in Vdub and AVIsynth, but capture thru PC isn't an option here (Too many tapes), so is there a TBC/Enhancer that can correct the color shifting VERTICALLY?

The VT used is a horse (JVC BR-S525DXU) and has an internal TBC that can correct chroma shifting horizontally only. Some enhancers can correct the horizontal shifting but I'm looking for one that does it BOTH vertically and horizontally. After 2-3 generations, VHS clearly show a shift in both directions.

The ACE Enhancer/Converter is the only one that I found could do this (it had a "chroma drooping" button to correct it by 3 lines) but unfortunately is impossible to find nowadays. Any help appreciated!

Also, looking for a hardware equipment that can actually delay video signal by several frames.

I have the ACE enchancer and it is indeed a very good product. It is sad that GTH Electronics (www.gthelectronics.com) forced by the new European Laws to stop manufacture it.

You can still find it on E-bay.
