Is there anyway to fix it to make the pixels less noticeable on the TV screen?

turn the sharpness way down to nothing or do you mean macroblocks ?

well the original video before i convert has pixels on it already
im not sure if it's called macroblocks, but those are the small square that appear on the monitor/TV screen. -
those are macroblocks, not pixels , not the same thing
