    No. Unfortunately you cannot use those discs as they have built-in copy protection to prevent the burning of pirated movies. Especially low quality downloaded movies shot by some moron in raincoat hiding his video camera while every man and his dog walks in front of the screen. It is part of the Verbatim Quality Control System (VQCS).
