Well..... last night I decided to convert a divx file to a super video cd. It took about 24 hrs because my computer sucks much, but now I need to cut the file, into about 3 or 4 cd's. Here is my problem:

I know that you can't fast foward SVCD's, but only on a DVD player right?? Well I don't know. So I started up TMPG enc, and went to File-MPEGTools-Merge&Cut. When I opened the file, I wasnt able to to select where I wanted to start or stop on the preview window thing. When I did, the video would move like really fast (about 200fps) and the audio was normal, so obviously way off the video. So I downloaded the SVCD codec for TMPGenc on the tools page>>>>>>>>>> >>>http://www.vcdhelp.com/download/mpeg2codec_installer.zip<<<, and I restarted and I opened up TMPG and the same thing happened. So I then De-Multiplexed it and remultiplexed the file and tried cutting the file. This still didnt work. Can anyone help me out??
What the Fuc is the internet?

  2. Take a look to the left under "Edit" and read teh guide on how to cut w/ bbMPEG (or wobble). Basically:

    1) Demux MPEG in TMPEGenc
    2) Load M2V + MPA/MP2 files in bbMPEG
    3) Choose cut points or max size\
    4) Run (ie. cut)
