Hi All
I have been trying to tape movies from DVD onto VHS tapes, but have been unsuccessful. As soon as I turn on the recoed button on my VCR, the picture quality goes bad and I cannot record. Does anyone know a way to record? I have a Sony DVD player and a Panasonic VCR.
Thanks

find your dvd player in the compatibility list
for a macrovision ( copyright ) disable
patch ( new firmware on a cd ) -
what u r experiencing is called macrovision. This protects the dvd from being copied. You have to disable this by checking to see if u can hack into the dvd player, firmwire. Other wise u cant do it without a special adapter
