I have a DVD that when i get to about 20% I get errors when trying to copy. The DVD will play through but i cannot forward with chapaters or it freezes. I have tried many programs to copy it, DVDdycypter, Utra Iso and imgburn. Also i cant extract an mpg from it. I am at a loss. Any advice.

DVDDecrypter(in ISO Read Mode) provides a wealth of information about the disc itself that would be helpful to share if you need further help.

Probably some read errors on the disk that prevents copying.
In my experience, not an uncommon problem, if you don't use top quality media.
Try DVDFab Decrypter, that will continue to read even if it finds an error or two. Not sure it will create a 100% playable disk tho, if it can't read the source disk fine.
Also, try copying it from another drive - some are more error sensitive than others.

I think I'll just ask my buddy for a new copy of the DVD.
