  1. Hi all,
Just stay with me on this one, it is a bit in depth. (Sorry)
I have a GretagMacBeth eye one match 3, I am using Windows Vista 32bit. and NVIDIA 7950GT.
I have installed the program along with all updates patches for the eye one and the diagnostics along the video and windows updates.
The problem I am getting is that when I start windows and when i see my desktop screen windows changes my screen colour from default to my GretaMacBeth profile, so my screen changes colour. 2 seconds later it returns to the default screen colour. I have turned of the side bar and the Windows Aero and using the Windows Vista Basic in the appearance settings, I have also deleted Adobe Gamma. I have gone into my colour profile settings via my video card and it shows my GretagMacBeth is the default settings.
Also when I am configuring my profile i have used the advanced and easy settings. This is quite unstable at times as when I go to my contrast and brightness the recommeddations set by the profile is way off, For example the brightness is asking it to be set to 140 but my monitor will only go to 120. Then when the profiling has finished my screen appears to be dark and very green.
I have the same monitor as before and it worked fine under Windows XP.

Sorry to go on, but any ideas?

    Thankyou josel

I'm not sure what that software is, so I'm not sure how or why you specifically need a profile set for it.

Most likely one of three things: 1) Vista...nuff said, 2) video drivers...nvidia is playing catch up on these...there are still many issues under Vista (most likely because the Vista release was so sudden and unexpected), 3) the software itself has issues running on Vista

    Bottom line....Vista
