Winff problem

Hi all, Originally I was trying to convert a .avi file to a .wmv file for use on a mp3 player using AutoMK however, I could never get the audio to sync correctly even after playing around with the settings.

WinFF works right away, however I cannot transfer over the converted file because WMP11 says it cannot transfer over a video of a, I guess, a lower quality than it would auto convert. And so, WinFF has option for this, however even when I fill in the options that I feel are correct it always says the FPS isn't matching and won't start converting the file? What can i do to fix this issue?

I actually got it to work now for some odd reason, but anyway the reason why I didn't use WME is because it keeps crashing on me.... I dunno why? So now I'm just trying to figure out what Video bitrate WMP11 will transfer over...
