Is it possible to convert more than one AVI video file and join them together to make one DVD movie ( several titles I guess ) using WINAVI 7.7 ? Could not find this option anywhere on the settings.

Is it possible to convert video satisfactorily with WinAVI ?
Personally, I would join with AVIDemux, then convert with ConvertXtoDVD, if I wanted a single title. If they are separate titles anyway then I would just load them all into ConvertXtoDVD and create a single DVD with multiple titles.
I would not install WinAVI on any machine I owned, or that belonged to anyone I cared about. It is possibly the lowest form of video software available.Read my blog here.

Yes you can join several movie parts into one dvd title with winavi - I have used it to make hundreds of dvds without problems. It is quick and easy. You can also choose to put several separate shorter avi films onto one dvd and keep them as separate titles so that you can skip through to find the start of the one you want to watch. The new winavi 8 also builds an index for you to save skipping.

Join 2 avi's (same movie) with Virtuldub (cbr audio) or Virtualdubmod (vbr audio). Works perfectly. Then convert with convert2dvd.
