  1. This was wierd. I transfered the files of "Me, Myself and Irene" to my PC as I was going to edit some of it using Womble Video Wizard. The strange thing is, the first VOB file plays the commentary. Why, I don't know, but I couldn't resolve this. The DVD plays without the commentary at all, with any player. The last 4 VOB files don't have commentary and in fact, going from VOB 1 to 2, the commentary stops midsentence. Anyone know why or how I could resolve this weird problem? Thanks in advance.

Try to demux audio in DGIndex from VOBs you use and put the stream you need into Womble as the audio track for your video. Use delay time value (if not zero) from audio file name (written by DGIndex) for adjustment on time-line (right-click on stream, /location and duration).

A little confused. I looked at the link for dgindex, but didn't know what to do. Am I supposed to download a particular program? Can you give me a quick step by step at all please?

  6. You'll find DGIndex in the DGMPGDec package. Load the vobs. Go File->Save Project. The audio tracks get demuxed by default.

I've always been curious about that. Is the delay reported by DGIndex the delay which has already been applied or the delay I need to apply when I remux the streams?

Thanks. Normally it says 0ms but occasionally it reports a small figure such as -20ms. Easily rectified in DVD-Lab
