I've been using ConvertXtoDVD to burn avi files to DVD, and had no problems until lately. In the last couple of weeks, all the DVD's I've made have been prone to freezing up completely when I play them on a DVD player.

    Any help, much appreciated!

Sounds like a dvd media problem...or that your dvd players dvd reader are getting worse with dvdr media.

Does the burnt dvds work fine if you play them using a software dvd player on your computer?

Thanks. I tried that, and they work okay on there.

I'm not sure if it's my dvd player getting worse, as I leant a freshly burned dvd to a friend, and they had the same problem with it getting stuck too.
