  1. Hi All:
Up till the last week or so I've been using divx for file compression. Now I'm using VirtualDub for video compression. And in the process of converting my Divx files to Xvid. The Question I have is there a manual out there for VirtualDub?

As I'm starting to experimenting with changing aspect ratios and different codex etc. As a newbie I could use some help.

    Thanks

There's a whole lot of them. Most are available from the VD tool page. https://www.videohelp.com/tools/Virtualdub Just look to the bottom of the page. Also look to: http://www.virtualdub.org/ I use VD Mod more often. I like it's flexibility and how it handles audio compared to the regular VD: http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net/ Other useful VD links: http://neuron2.net/ and http://neuron2.net/other.html for filters.
