    i have been using alltoavi to convert mp4 files to avi, i have used it a number of times with great success. however the last few times i have used it when watching the avi file there has been some strange screeching and squeaking noise. it happens every couple of seconds and sounds like its any background. does anyone know what it could be any help would be much appreciated

    Check the audio format of the file before you convert it with Gspot. The audio may be a format your converter can't handle or you may be missing a audio codec.

    when i opened the folder in gspot the file wasn't there so presume gspot won't support it, but as i said i've had no problem converting the mp4 file before
