take a look at the problem first > HERE
So first you need to know i've got a s-vhs player (pal/secam/mesecam...& can read ntsc)
the tape is in ntsc format
to capture that i use virtual vcr (great free soft too)
The problem appears each time i get a drop
i'm using the codec huffyuv (really great) & it seems with a dv codec i tend to less have this problem (but i don't like dv...)
I tried to capture w/o the sound & using options like "resample dynamically",stream offset etc.... nothing always the same thing
Now the thing you'll find funny (but i don't personally) is when i use win dvr3(intervideo) to capture directly into mpg well i get no problem at all no greenish pictures like the one above but this software is not good to capture vhs tapes
Any clue on a possible solution?
