For the moment Im testing the functions in DVDAuthorGui. For the test I use a 100 MB file with a duration of 159 seconds., which I have demuxed with ProjectX before loading into DVDAuthorGui. After the authoring the result is a 22MB/32 seconds file, the rest is simple missing. I use the latest version of DVDAuthorGui but have also tried an older version with no luck.

It opens in notepad after the authoring process finishes. Copy and paste that text here, or save it, and attach it to an email.

You can also find it in c:\Program Files\DVDAuthorGUI called
    DVDAuthorGUIlog.txt

I've used this program for almost as long as it's been out and I've only had problems with the previous release(I think it was 1010b). And that was fixed with the present release.

Try authoring without the subtitles. If it is the correct length after authoring, then the problem is with the subtitle muxing process. If it is still too small, I would point the finger at your m2v stream. Looking over the statistics from mplex, your m2v looks ok, but you might try running the m2v through restream, just to make sure.

I havent tried without subtitles yet, but Muxman muxes the files fine including subtitles, though the subtitles dont look nearby as pretty as with your program.
