Is there anything that does this? Specifically, what I'm looking for is cropping an image. The only way I know of to do this is to use something like TMPGenc, but it re-encodes after cropping. Since my whole purpose is to crop the letterbox bars out of an image so that I can change the resolution without actually resizing the image and losing quality, this defeats my purpose.
