Help with Nero Wave Editor

Over the past several weeks my dad an I have been experiences several problems with the Nero 6 Ultra Edition software, particularly SoundTrax and Nero Wave Editor. If anyone can figure out what's wrong, we'd be grateful.

Here's a rundown on our problems so far (hopefully in chronological order).
1. Wave Editor immediatly crashes when opened directly. It will open through SoundTrax.
2. The Enhancements (such as click removal and noise reduction) intermittenly dissappear. Often, they are available when logged in as one user, but not another, despite both haveing the same information (directory).
3. Initially, when ran in Windows 95 compatability mode, the enhancements became available to all users.
4. Three days later, they disappeared again.
5. Now, Nero SoundTrax refuses to run.

We've tried uninstalling Nero, running the clean tool, and reinstalling it to no avail. The files don't appear to be virused, just wonky. Does anyone know what's going on with Nero?

Did you upgraded to the latest version of Nero 6?
