When I play DVD-Rs I burned using my Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-103 the picture is very jumpy. It looks as though the picture can't quite keep up with itself. I am not sure if it is something I am doing wrong or if I just need to get a new DVD player. I am using Pioneer DVD-R disk. Do I need to change the video data rate? Right now I have it at 6,000 Kbits/sec. Also the menu screen gets cut off on the sides when I play it on my DVD player. I have the width and the height at 720 x 480. Please let me know if you can help.
Thanks,
Andy
