How do i making flash DVD interactive menu?

Ive seen DVD that has beautiful menu, espcially with video in the background. They even make a cute frame to put the video in and flowers around it. Do u guys know what im talking about? Is there a software like it for me to buy? thanks

I don't of any that does that particular design, but most authoring programs ship with at least a few cheesy templates. If you want DVDs that look really original and high quality then you need to spend time learning how to use your video editor and still image program properly, because that is where most good menus are made. The authoring tool is what glues all the parts together to produce the final disc, but the hard yards are done before you sit down and open it.

thats NOT 'FLASH' dvd players don't do 'flash' no matter what the resemblance might be.

flash came along as a cheap way to 'IMITATE' other effects done on video in a more expensive manner, but flash only plays on Pc's

designing things / menus and overlay effects, take time and practice to learn

'video vegas' or adobe premire might be able to do something similar
