Hi,
As the topic suggests, I'm trying to import a .vro file (from a sony DVD recorder) into Cinelerra. Currently, when I try to do this, the file is recognized as a mpeg file, although after a few minutes of video, the video becomes greeny, and only shows a frame from the beginning of the video clip. I've also tried to convert the file using avidemux, but the same thing occurs.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks a lot in advance,
Scott

I'll try to change the extension when I get home. Although, when I imported it into Avidemux, it said it was recognized as an mpeg, and started building time maps for an mpeg file. The green screen / shot from the beginning only showed up after the first title. Could this be connected?
Thanks,
Scott
