Hi All
About 3 yrs years ago, I got into converting home videos to DVD after the birth of my first child. I was basically editing, adding music and some effects and then authoring. I was always a little disapointed ith the final outcome and over time i learnt that how you actual video makes a lot of diference to the quality.
3 years later I now have a second child and i was wondering if the technology has changed much and should I be using other software for a better outcome. In the past I used:
MovieMaker originally and then Adobe Premier Pro 1.5 to edit and add music etc...
I used TMPGENC to encode
I used TMPGENC DVD Author or Adobe Encore to create the DVD
Would anyone recommend a change in this given that 3 yrs has passed!!!
