Screendragon .flm movie file conversion?

Does anyone know how to convert a Screendragon .flm movie file to something workable? For some reason I can't get any of them to play and I have an old CD-ROM from 7 years ago with some files on it.

Any help would be appreciated.

flm is Photoshop Film Strip format..
