Yes i have looked and looked at many questions and responses on this topic and most were very informative! Please help. Any and all fact based opinions will be appreciated.

What would be the best DVD/HDD recorder with the following requirements.

1 At LEAST 80 GB HD
2 Able to record in at LEAST 3 different speeds
    3 Record on DVD-R
4 Able to record from a feed from an independent VCR and or DVD player. So having a Video/Audio input.
5 As long as i can record things with the push of a button, i guess the TV guide feature would not be a problem. If the TV guide feature prevents freedom of recording at will, then ... without the TV guide feature is preferred.
    6 Under $350.00
7 Good to excellent reputation / track record

Some DVD recorders i've read about have some of those features, but not all. Any help would be ummm .... helpful. Thanks.
