since i changed my video card a few days ago, when Windows load programs in background (after the Welcome screen), i noticed when MSN Messenger loads, it "flashes" or "blinks" very quickly (fraction of second) once or twice.
the same thing happen when i want to open or close videos in Windows Media Player or Media Player Classic.
i tested compatible videos in Quicktime (videos playable in WMP and Quicktime), and strangely that problem doesn't happen.
when it "blinks" or "flashes" when loading MSN Messenger (supposing it loads a video plug-in or something) or when opening/closing a video in WMP or Media Player Classic, i can see vertical bars/lines.
i tried uninstalling the drivers (ATI Catalyst 7.3), when going in Windows this problem doesn't happen, but then i have to install the drivers to use my video card properly...
this problem doesn't happen when i'm in Windows without opening WMP or Media Player Classic, when i play a 3D game or other programs like Photoshop.
i wonder if someone else had this problem before, and fixed it.
for extra information, i have FFDShow (version May 13, 2006) installed, if it can help...
my actual video card: Asus Radeon X1600Pro Silent 512mb
a friend told me it must be a software incompatibility, something to configure/tweak.
how can i resolve this problem? thanks a lot!
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
