Ripping individual chapters

I am trying to convert music DVD's to a format that can later be converted and loaded on to my Zune.

I have been searching and found several references that say DVD Decryter can rip single chapters. I downloaded the version that had a link from this site, but I do not see where you can rip a single chapter. I did sucessfully rip the entire DVD to my hard drive, but this was the first time I have ever ripped a DVD. I did not expect the VOB files to have songs starting on 1 VOB file and finishing on another.

What is the best way to rip a single chapter from A DVD and what software should I use.
