I did something kinda stupid. I borrowed a DVD off a friend and 'copy-pasted' the 'video_ts' and 'audio_ts' folders straight onto my hard drive, without using DVD decrypter or anything.

Now when I try to watch it, it is VERY jerky, as in unplayable. I'm guessing that it is still encrypted.

I don't have the DVD anymore, but is there anyway I can decrypt DVD files that are already on my hard disk?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
you could try burning it to an iso file with image burn and mounting the iso with MagicDisc or Daemon Tools then decrypt the disk.

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll give that a try and see if it works.

Unfortunately that didn't work. Any other suggestions?
