    When I try to log off my pc by using Start>Log Off>Log Off,when it goes to the welcome screen I have no option there to Turn Off or Restart.

    All I can do is click my account and go back into windows.Does anyone know how to get these 2 options back in the welcome screen?

    I know this has happened before but I can't remember how I fixed it.

    Can anyone help?

    I thought it was START>Shut Down> then choose.

    I thought START>Log Off was only used for user switching (multiple users). If you are the only user, then you would be the only choice.
